The snow on top of the ice is making most areas slushy and travel more difficult, expect to find ankle deep snow or slush. Slushy spots are starting to freeze top down and creating a double layer. Still seeing a few snowmobiles and ATVs on Mitchell, nothing as big as a side x side. Bitterly cold weather in the forecast so maybe the slush will freeze up.
